Hosted by the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative (TKC), the 2025 Teaching Kitchen Symposium is a dynamic, multi-day learning event designed for professionals across healthcare, culinary arts, research, education, and public health who are committed to advancing hands-on approaches to nutrition, culinary, and lifestyle education.
In honor of the TKC’s 10th anniversary, this immersive continuing education experience will reflect on a decade of impact while charting a bold path forward for food and lifestyle as medicine. Participants will gain actionable tools and fresh inspiration through expert-led presentations, engaging panel discussions, culinary demonstrations, and interactive breakout sessions.
A TKC Organization Member since 2018, 1440 Multiversity is proud to host this year’s Symposium at our scenic Scotts Valley campus and welcome guests to Live Well with our “food as medicine” nutrition philosophy. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with a passionate, interdisciplinary community dedicated to improving health through food. Whether you’re new to the teaching kitchen movement or a long-time champion, we invite you to join us to reflect, learn, and help shape the next decade of progress.
Please note: Registration is required and must be completed through the TKC’s website. This is a separate process from booking your accommodations.
