About this event

Begin the evening with an Acu-Yoga class lead by 1440 Experience Instructor Jessica Fajans, where you'll discover a safe and natural self-healing system designed to regulate the flow of chi. Through the powerful combination of yoga and acupressure, this class guides you through step-by-step yoga postures, breathing techniques, and fingertip massage applied to the body's vital points. Experience how this practice helps release harmful stress and toxins, improve flexibility, and boost circulation. Acu-Yoga also enhances emotional balance, fosters mental clarity, and promotes overall well-being, leaving you feeling balanced and revitalized. Following Acu-Yoga, indulge with a delicious, sustainable and locally sourced dinner at Kitchen Table featuring global cuisine prepared by our 1440 Culinary Team.
