FLOURISH: A Transformation Workshop for Women in Leadership

About This Learning Event

Women everywhere are feeling stuck, burnt out, and overwhelmed - we know it's time to try something different, but we're often missing the tools and support needed to create meaningful change.

Transform your vision for your life into action on April 5-7 at FLOURISH - a shared learning experience weekend for senior and emerging women leaders with 1440 faculty members White Pine Leadership Collective. This empowering all-inclusive program allows women leaders to begin breaking the unproductive patterns that are holding them back from living their best and most fulfilled lives. Through deep reflection and future visioning, participants will go on a transformational journey to gain clarity, build courage, and connect as a community — architecting new ways of being that are authentic to who they are and what they want.

During this experience, you will:

• Define a clear vision for what you want for your future — life, career, and everything in between
• Identify ways to intentionally invest your time and energy to increase joy and propel your vision forward
• Practice the fine art of shedding external expectations and standards to shift your perspective from "should" to "could"
• Identify steps you can take to influence the systems in which you operate to support your wellbeing more fully
• Map your support squad, because no one does it alone

Who attends FLOURISH?
Program attendees are senior and emerging women leaders typically with 10+ years of leadership experience who are eager to make meaningful changes to enrich their lives. By the end of the weekend, you will have built a community of like-hearted women and feel empowered to bring all the wisdom and courage you already possess to the surface.

1440 Multiversity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit campus, and each booking supports our philanthropic initiatives, feeds local families, and provides resources for those in need. Thank you for being a ripple of goodness through your visit to 1440.

Your Program Stay Includes:

• Tuition for FLOURISH learning experiences and workshops
• Overnight accommodations in a suite or room with a private bath
• Locally sourced, freshly prepared meals at Kitchen Table using ingredients from regional farms within 300 miles of campus, beginning with dinner upon arrival through breakfast on departure day
• Up to three 1440 Signature Classes each day including meditation, yoga, nature walks, art, nutrition and more - classes vary per day
• Access to campus amenities including the Fitness Center, 4 miles of nature trails, and the 250-square-foot outdoor infinity tub overlooking the forest
