About This Learning Event

Recovery with Yoga: Healing and Transformation is a multi-day experiential program designed to support those navigating addiction and seeking a deeper path to emotional balance, purpose, and holistic wellness. Grounded in yoga philosophy, spiritual inquiry, and evidence-based somatic practices, this immersive event teaches participants how to identify and release harmful thought patterns, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate the 3 A’s of Recovery: Awareness, Acceptance, and Action.

Through a series of powerful workshops—including Recovery with Yoga: Principles and Practices for a Purposeful Life, Emotional Sobriety, Somatic Sobriety, and Experiential Embodiment—you’ll gain clarity on the root causes of suffering and addictive behaviors, learn tools for emotional stability, and explore both spiritual and secular techniques to support transformation and long-term recovery.

During this experience you will…

  • Discover 30 essential spiritual principles for a purposeful recovery
  • Practice breathwork, mantras, mudras, postures, and journaling for mind-body integration
  • Learn to reframe trauma, emotions, and societal conditioning that contribute to addiction
  • Understand where the body stores emotional pain and how to release it
  • Cultivate emotional sobriety through self-inquiry, mindfulness, and present-moment awareness
  • Explore practical ways to bring recovery off the mat and into everyday life
  • Strengthen your ability to respond rather than react to life’s challenges
  • Leave with a personalized set of tools to support peace, clarity, and connection
