About this event

Rediscover balance, joy, and a deeper connection to life at our 1440 Live Well Weekend — a thoughtfully curated educational weekend designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Nestled in a serene setting, this immersive experience invites you to explore the rhythms of life, the wonders of nature, and the nourishment of purpose through inspiring, hands-on classes.

Higlighting your immersive learning experience is Life Recalibrated, a hands-on workshop instructed by 1440 Adjunct Faculty Hema Crocket, where you'll explore the gap between external success and internal fulfillment to start living your deepest truth. You're also invited to participate in lectures from faculty Dr. Darla Booth, DC, AFMC, as you learn to Live Well and explore how to optimize your microbiome and grow awareness of autoimmunity. Transform your approach to nourishment with a Food as Medicine class in our Teaching Kitchen, as you discover the power of intentional eating to heal and energize. Learn a new way of wellbeing through daily signature classes, as well, including sound healing, embodied movement, mindfulness, and more, in community with other likehearted guests.

More than just a collection of classes, the Live Well Weekend combines learning, connection, and self-discovery in a nurturing environment. Whether you're seeking fresh inspiration, quality time with like-minded individuals, or simply a peaceful escape, this weekend will leave you feeling uplifted and renewed. Join us, and embrace the opportunity to Live Well.
