About this event

Learn about and experience the restorative benefits of Sound Healing and Breathwork in an immersive session designed to soothe the nervous system and guide you into relaxation. With the 1440 campus as your setting for this educational Live Well learning pillar class, 1440 Experience Instructor Naomi Wilder will introduce you to a series of gentle breathwork exercises before you embody the sound of crystal bowls, expertly played to create vibrations that bypass the busy mind while enhancing your connection to knowledge, inner insight and healing.

Afterwards, participate in a sustainable and locally sourced community dinner at Kitchen Table as the 1440 Culinary Team educates guests about how the food is prepared, the nutritional qualities of the ingredients and the regional farms that grow the components to keep us all nourished.

Deeply fulfilling and inspiring, this Community Education Class & Discovery Dinner at 1440 provides a fulfilling opportunity to learn and connect with other like-hearted community members while creating hope for living well.
