About This Learning Event

Begin the morning with an Acu-Yoga class lead by Experience Instructor Jessica Fajans, where you'll learn a safe and natural self-healing system designed to regulate the flow of chi. Through the powerful combination of yoga and acupressure, this class guides you through step-by-step yoga postures, breathing techniques, and fingertip massage applied to the body's vital points. Rooted in the 1440 Live Well learning pillar, you’ll experience how this practice helps release harmful stress and toxins, improve flexibility, and boost circulation. Acu-Yoga also enhances emotional balance, fosters mental clarity, and promotes overall well-being, leaving you feeling balanced and revitalized.

Following Acu-Yoga, participate in an educational lunch featuring delicious sustainable and locally sourced lunch at Kitchen Table with knowledge shared by the 1440 Culinary Team. This deeply nourishing meal provides the perfect complement to your learning workshop at 1440.
