Are my attendees required to share rooms? Not at all. While 1440 does offer a variety of room types that have two beds, each company or organization contracts their own needs and housing requirements based on the inventory of rooms available at the time the agreement is signed. Any questions regarding housing options by your attendees will be directed back to the organizational contact who signs the agreement. 1440 will answer basic questions related to the types of rooms available that were contracted. Pricing at 1440 is inclusive of not only accommodations, but also meals, learning elements and tuition, therefore is established on a per guest, per room basis unlike hotels where up to four people may share a room at the same price.
