1440 represents the number of minutes in a day - 1440 opportunities for all people to be more aware and mindful of how we are spending our time and to develop a greater awareness of ourselves and develop deeper relationships with others to inspire and enrich the world. Multiversity represents the "multitude" of doors or paths one can choose to develop and strengthen social, emotional, and relational learning (as in "university") on their journey of growth, self-compassion, creativity, and discovery which are unique to each of us.

Each participant's experiences are uniquely their own. 1440 Multiversity is a learning destination where energy, discovery and creativity flourish. The 1440 team is committed to "deep hospitality" centered around developing trusted relationships in the way we approach service and attend to your needs. We provide a safe space to explore and dive deeper into feelings that bring pain and struggle by hosting and having conversations that matter to you. We will also share joyful moments and help celebrate breakthroughs. In the end, think of 1440 Multiversity as a human charging station and our goal is to charge your heart and mind by creating hope for living well. If you leave with more energy than you arrived with, we will have accomplished our goal.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present - a sense of awareness of where we are, and what we're doing in the present moment while not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us. Whenever you bring awareness to what you are directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you are being mindful. Growing research shows that when you train your brain to be mindful, you are transforming the physical structure of your brain and doing so can be good for your overall health and wellbeing.
