Can I bring a small group to a True North Leadership program?

Yes, you can bring up to six people. If you want to have a group experience with just your organization, you can book a private True North Leadership program. This program can be three or five days.

Can you help us create our own unique and meaningful leadership experience?

Yes, we can customize your private leadership program so that your team leaves with increased energy and the ability to empower themselves and others that includes a blend of leadership training, 1440 Signature Classes and teambuilding activities.

Do you have two-hour or half-day specialty leadership modules available to complement our own leadership program?

Yes; we have a variety of carefully vetted associate faculty that offer modules in: Authentic Leadership Principles, Building High Performance Teams, Managing the People Side of Change, Empowering Women in Leadership, Creating a Values-Based Culture, Build and Deepen Meaningful Connection and more. Individual coaching sessions are available.

Does the 1440 Leadership Center have grants and scholarships available?

1440 Multiversity proudly offers a grant program for nonprofits and mission-aligned organizations that share our approach to building socially conscious community and workplace wellness around the world. My leadership group would like to have a private reception and dinner with a special menu; is that possible?

In addition to offering upgraded breaks and receptions to complement your program, 1440 is pleased to offer private customized dining experiences for groups that prefer an exclusive venue for dinner. Available for groups from 10 to 300 people, your exclusive dining experience will feature fresh seasonal local ingredients and an unforgettable evening of interactive fun and culinary education that your group will not soon forget. My team just wants to have an offsite using their own program; is that OK?

Mission-aligned teams and organizations may reserve private learning spaces for organizational and team learning. Reserve one of our classrooms or outdoor gathering spaces for your next team offsite and choose your desired leadership learning experience.

What are Signature Classes?

Signature Classes are part of the immersive mind and body wellness curriculum available to all guests of 1440 typically three times per day, designed to evoke a sense of consciousness to leading a more integrated lifestyle. Program organizers are required to schedule time for you to attend these classes so we encourage you to participate in as many as you can for the best overall wellness experience while on campus.

Based on leadership visionary Bill George's groundbreaking book, Discover Your True North, 1440 has established a multi-day program that deeply engages you in a profoundly personal exploration. Focused on developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence, you will define your own path to authentic leadership and return to your organization ready to lead with greater passion and confidence. This signature offering is a five-day immersive experience ideal for high-level leaders or small executive teams looking to develop new paths to trusted leadership and inspirational ways of being. What kinds of teambuilding activities do you have?

On the 1440 campus we offer Interactive Hands-on Cooking Classes and Competitions, Community Drumming Sessions, Group Improv, Guided Nature Hikes, Scavenger Hunts and Philanthropic Team Activities.
