On December 1-2, join us for a collaborative and energizing opportunity to invest in yourself, your leadership and your team - if you're ready to become an even more inclusive leader, unlock full team engagement, share power, and operationalize inclusion, this is a must-attend experience. All-Inclusive Stay Package

Mastering Inclusive Leadership is an all-inclusive program so you can check in and focus on rest, renewal, learning and growth. This package includes:

  • Mastering Inclusive Leadership program workshops
  • Private overnight accommodations
  • All sustainable, locally sourced meals
  • Daily signature classes such as yoga, meditation, art, and movement activities (hiking, tai chi, and qigong)

About the Faculty

Her commitment to creating inclusive workplace culture is supported by her deep expertise in improving profitability and innovation, boosting organizational performance, and optimizing inclusion strategies.
Melissa formally studied strategy and innovation at Harvard University and is featured in publications such as Forbes Magazine, Smart Meetings, The Meeting Professional, NorthStar Meetings Group's Eventful Podcast, The Event DR, and on the keynote stage at events such as Meeting Professional's International's WEC, The Northwest Event Show, Catalyst Events, Legg Mason's DEI Conference, and many more.
