The creation of 1440 Multiversity stemmed from a desire by Joanie and Scott Kriens to establish a beautiful and nurturing destination where people and organizations could gather in community to explore, learn, reflect, connect and reenergize.

Does 1440 have its own content for my group?

Yes. 1440 has strategic working relationships with a variety of faculty and subject matter experts and also offers an authentic leadership course called True North Leadership which may be customized for your group or organization. This course is pre-planned, contains all the curriculum and is easy to coordinate for any group or organization that wishes to build and enhance their program through the 1440 Leadership Center.
