Are you over-committed, over-worked, stressed, and sleep deprived? Have you had to put health and fitness on the back burner? Do you feel pulled in too many directions and unable to find time to exercise and eat well, not to mention relax?
Here’s the good news: in just one weekend with fitness coach and transformational expert, Brien Shamp, BS, CSCS, you can learn successful strategies for coming back to your best self—the one you forgot about when life got in the way.
Brien specializes in working with people who have never been successful with exercise or a healthy lifestyle and those with injuries. This weekend, you will craft a game plan to achieve your health and wellness goals in an enjoyable way within the framework of your demanding life.
You will discover how to satisfy your seven daily primal needs and cultivate the mindset to stay motivated day after day as you learn:
From learning the best ideas for a quick workout to ideas for innovative meal preparation when time is tight, you will take home a wealth of practical options to support your health and vitality, along with a renewed belief in your potential to thrive.
Brien Shamp has 25 years of experience as a body transformation expert, boot camp coach, personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach, massage therapist, strength coach, and a Reiki practitioner.
Brien holds a BS in exercise science with an emphasis in biomechanics from UC Davis and completed extensive graduate studies in exercise physiology and adapted physical education at San Francisco State University.
He teaches his clients how to achieve balance in the crazy world of Silicon Valley, training them not only to get fit, but to address the seven primal needs: breath, hydration, sleep, nutrition, love, personal development and movement. Brien has both male and female clients, but has a special interest in helping women who are overcommitted, overwhelmed, and overworked to decrease stress, body fat, and pain, and to improve hormonal balance.
He began personal fitness training in 1991 at the age of 18. He now develops weekly programs for over 1,000 clients and students of all abilities and ages (up to 105 years old). He has written hundreds of articles on various health and fitness-related topics, and is a monthly contributor to Parenting on the Peninsula magazine.
