Program Description

Imbalances and dis-ease in the body are often a result of outdated emotional beliefs and behavioral patterns that no longer support your current dreams and aspirations. Over the past 30 years, James Leary DOM, PhD, has developed protocols for life activation and well-being called Life Qi Renewal.

Bring balance back into your body and rejuvenate your life in this 5-day immersion in this unique blend of healing protocols of medical qigong, yoga, and Ayurveda. In this special program, Dr. Leary is joined by Wah!, who will guide you in practices for healing and self-care through yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda.

This highly experiential workshop is designed to help you change emotional belief systems, raise the body’s vibration, and restore at a cellular level as you learn:

  • Techniques of muscle manipulation and visceral manipulation
  • Self-regulation and nutritional science
  • Energetic point therapies and tapping (meridian stimulation)
  • Applied kinesiology
  • Taoist hand cupping
  • To move energy using a combination of breath and qi
  • Yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic principles for wellness.

Each morning Wah! will guide you in movement and self-healing practices. Each afternoon, you will learn and practice healing modalities with Dr. Leary on treatment tables.

All are welcome, including beginning healing practitioners and those looking for new ways to feel better and more full of life.
