Please Note: All packages are priced per person. Should you elect a shared accommodation and community hall bath, 1440 will randomly pair you with a gender-specific roommate. Only private rooms have the option of a private bath. 1440 Multiversity is a smoke-free campus.

During this powerful weekend retreat, Rolf Gates, one of the West's leading voices on contemporary yoga, shows you how to have it all. Together, you will explore the relationship between mindfulness and compassion in a powerful vinyasa yoga intensive.

Through this dynamic weekend of vinyasa yoga, meditation, pranayama, lecture, and discussion, you will:

  • Build flexibility, strength, and balance through a focused and rigorous practice of yoga flow
  • Cultivate a more mindful relationship to your body through intentional and focused movement
  • Learn practices to cultivate a softer and stronger connection to your heart
