In 2012, Dan shifted his focus to LeadingX2, understanding how to build extraordinary partnerships and capitalize on their incredible power. Dan's research demonstrates that the partnership of two, or the dyad, is pervasive and practicable, yet was not being taught. He now researches and works closely with powerful dyads: cofounders, CEO and COO, president and provost.
As a public speaker, radio personality, writer, professor, coach, and consultant, Dan has inspired thousands to lead as their best selves. He was voted by students the most exceptional teacher at UC Berkeley and received the Earl F. Cheit Award as outstanding undergraduate instructor at the Berkeley Haas School of Business.
