Program Description

Throughout life you are faced with making choices about how you want your life to be—and these choices all involve making changes. And all change is fraught with concerns, fears, and questions:  How do I know if this change will make me happy?  Is it meaningful? How do I know if I’m making the right decisions? How can I stay true to myself during this transition? Who am I anyway?

In this weekend workshop, vipassana meditation teacher Phillip Moffitt shares tools, practices, and principles that can help you answer these questions and articulate your life vision so you can make choices and change with less suffering.

You will learn and experience:

  • Diagnostic tools to assess the issues and establish whether change is needed
  • A process for developing options and creating a plan
  • How to make wise choices through clarifying your values
  • Essential life skills for navigating transitions with authenticity and confidence.

Through talks, group discussions, self-assessment exercises, mindfulness meditation, movement, and personal reflection, you will explore topics such as career fulfillment, relationships and intimacy, money, doubts, and life balance.

After this weekend of dynamic inquiry you will return home with lifelong skills for determining when it is time for change and how to move forward in a way that is supportive and in alignment with your highest vision.
