Yoga Principles for Embracing Your Unique Flow in Life
July 7-9, 2017
Friday-Sunday, 2 nights
Plus 2 nights all-inclusive accommodations priced separately below.
Do you set goals but never seem to achieve them? Do you feel empty and know something is missing? Are you ready to make a shift but aren’t sure how to take the first step? Our lives are filled with a million experiences that create suffering, confusion, pain, and static behavior. As a result, our lives become chaotic, and we are unable to reconnect to our true brilliance.
This weekend, Faith Hunter will share her Spiritually Fly™ life sutras and the principles in them can help you break free and live the life you desire. Through yoga asana, meditation, mantras, journaling, and soul circles, you will begin the personal process of letting go of limiting thoughts and negative feelings.
In this soul-supportive experience you will learn:
You will dig deep, dial into your inner wisdom, and free your soul! And you’ll walk away with personalized practices to use on and off the mat that will guide you through life’s difficult moments.
Faith Hunter is an internationally recognized yoga instructor and lifestylist with a dash of Louisiana charm.
Faith began her lifelong love affair with yoga in the early ‘90s as a way to cope as her beloved brother Michael was dying from a complication related to AIDS. Through meditation and mindfulness, she was able to release her fears and experience an awakening from within.
Faith owns Embrace Yoga DC and is creator of Spiritually Fly™, a philosophy that celebrates every moment of life and uses yoga’s tools in a fresh and modern way to encourage students to embrace their unique flow in life—on and off the mat.
A favorite teacher at mass yoga gatherings, Faith has taught at the National Cherry Blossom Festival and the White House Easter Egg Roll. She tours internationally, is a brand ambassador, and has graced numerous covers, including Yoga Journal, and has appeared in a variety of publications
Get energized and inspired to live a passionate life and take home practices to keep that fire alive.
Immerse yourself in a weekend of movement, introspection, and sharing designed to help you clarify what you want in life and tap resources deep within to propel you forward.
Expand your experience of what yoga and meditation can do for you on and off the mat with a fresh, modern approach to ancient practices.
