Program Description

A woman’s inner vitality is known by her radiant grace, self-love, courage, surrender, and joy. Through a daily spiritual practice, we can embody the Divine Feminine and ignite our inner light, becoming a beacon and a blessing to ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world.

Experience the wisdom and transformative power of the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In this Radiant Power of Women immersion, you will embark on a journey of self-love and experience a sense of vibrant health and well-being.

You will rise early to be fed by the ambrosia of practice, and then share delicious, healthful meals in the loving company of new and old friends. Throughout the day, you will meditate, chant, dance, and share your radiance as you:

  • Start or strengthen a daily spiritual practice
  • Release negative energy from your subconscious mind
  • Break addictive behaviors, including food addictions
  • Celebrate in sacred ritual and dance
  • Become a vessel of health and well-being.
