Program Description

Time to turbo-boost your fitness practice, amp up your relationship success, and bust out of suffering! This is a weekend to hone in on the dreams you are most passionate about and melt away any obstacles that stand in the way of them.

Yoga expert and author Sadie Nardini, joined by special rock star guests, will lead you in her signature Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga classes—the first vinyasa classes designed to give you twice the physical benefit as other yoga styles.

Sadie’s fun and creative sequencing, matched with inspiring music, promotes weight loss, metabolic fire, hormone balance, strength, flexibility, and safety. As you flow, detoxify, and tone, you will learn:

  • Shortcuts to reaching your fitness goals
  • Practices to help alleviate pain and suffering
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to achieve more total-body transformation in one weekend then you would notice with two weekends of your usual practice
