Program Description

As human beings, especially active and vigorous human beings, eventually through injury, habitual strain, or simple longevity, we all come to a time when we need to attend to our backs, knees, or hips. These central joints are absolutely essential to our well-being and mobility over the wide arc of our lives. At this energizing workshop with Michaelle Edwards, E-RYT 500, LMT, creator of YogAlign® and FitAlign® Posture trainings, learn sustainable self-care exercises and stretches to support joint health, endurance, and resilience.

Whether you have repetitive discomfort, chronic pain, or surgical replacements, discover completely safe, comfortable, and effective techniques to:

  • Unwind chronic pain patterns
  • Stabilize the hip joints
  • Align your spine and free your knees to bend with ease.

This warm, dynamic, and embodied workshop is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. It combines breathwork, neuromuscular repatterning, and bodywork exercise to empower you to move in all aspects of your body and correct any posture misalignments.

Harness core strength and flexibility to alleviate chronic pain, increase feelings of happiness, keep energy levels high, boost confidence, and support the optimal functioning of the major architecture of your body.
