Ingredients
Orange Chamomile Cake
- 165 Grams Coconut Milk
- 82 Grams Coconut Yogurt
- 8 Grams Vanilla Paste
- 15 Grams Gluten Free Flour
- 60 Grams Oat Flour
- 64 Grams Rice Flour
- 16 Grams Potato Starch
- 80 Grams Cane Sugar
- 5.5 Grams Baking Powder
- 2.5 Grams Baking Soda
- 2 Grams Ground Chamomile
- ½ Grams Orange Zest
Note: All measurements are created in grams to achieve the best outcome.
Preparation Instructions
- Using a spice grinder, blend dried chamomile until powdered
- Mix coconut milk, coconut yogurt, and vanilla until combined
- Separately whisk together all dry ingredients
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until it is a smooth batter
- Add in the orange zest and fold into the batter
- Scoop into silicone molds, filling them up 3/4 of the way
- Bake at 350*F for 12 minutes
- Let cool fully before turning them out of the molds
- Serve and enjoy
