After exploring a gentle movement or mindfulness class, settle into our campus communal dining room, Kitchen Table, to enjoy a creative dinner plated and served by the 1440 Culinary Team from our famous octagon. With a different culinary theme each month, attendees will learn about Food As Medicine, meet likehearted guests and taste sustainable, organic and locally sourced ingredients in a warm space designed to foster connection, wellbeing and community.
