1440 is primarily an adult-only campus with a minimum age of 18 to attend most events and programs, unless the event or program is targeted toward families. There are a variety of local hotel options available for family members accompanying program guests who are not eligible to stay at 1440; however, if they do stay elsewhere, they may not access the 1440 campus which is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
